Accepted Return Scenarios
Change of Mind
Accepted within 30 days. Item must be in new condition.
Damaged on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours. Include photos for claim.
Received Wrong Item
We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.
Defective Product (Warranty Issue)
Covered under product warranty. Contact support.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We’ll notify you when the refund is completed.
